I feel I should have qualified for a circle within the Owners
Club. How can I find out whether I actually do?
A:
Submit your request using the Contact
Us form, or call (800) 537-8491. We'll review your account
information and provide you with an update.
Q:
My Owners Club Card was lost or stolen. What do I do now?
A:
Even if your card is lost or stolen, your Owners Club benefits
will remain active. Simply explain the situation to a service
representative and we will be happy to order you a new card.

Q:
My address has changed and I do not receive my Owners Club
mailings anymore. How can I get this changed?
A:
Make sure your address is changed on our main system by calling
(800) 537-8491. Click here

Q: What additional benefits are included when you say “And
much more”?
A:
Apart from the basic benefits, occasional additional benefits
are offered to members in the Owners Club. These special benefits
include exclusive travel and entertainment discounts, special
rates on loan and share products, special seminars, special
mailings during the year and more. These benefits are subject
to approval and change regularly.
