statements and newsletter, free via email and our secure web
browser.

How
much does First Financial's eStatement service cost?
There is no charge for our eStatement service.
In fact, once you're enrolled in eStatements, you'll be eligible
to receive free of charge special credit union product offers
via email.

Is
my eStatement account information protected from others viewing
it?
Your information is protected with the
latest security features and requires a password, that only
you will know, to access the information. First Financial's
eStatement program also uses 128-bit encryption security to
ensure that your private information stays private.

What
kind of computer equipment and software program is needed
to use First Financial's eStatements?
You do not need any special computer configuration
or software program to access your eStatements. All you need
is a computer, a modem, Internet access, and an Internet browser
that supports 128-bit encryption. Netscape Navigator 4.75 or higher, Microsoft Internet
Explorer 5.5 or higher, CompuServe 2000, and AOL 5.0 or higher
provide the security encryption required for First Financial's
eStatement service.

What
if my Internet browser is not one of the versions needed
to access my account information?
Both Netscape and Microsoft offer free
download upgrades of their browsers on their respective
homepages. The icons above will link you to the browser's
download page.

How
do I view my monthly eStatement?
Your statement can be accessed by:
- Double
clicking on the link in the email notification.

Visiting
First Financial's homepage (www.fffcu.org)
and then click on the "eStatements" button.
- Accessing
the "eStatements Login" under the "Online
Banking" menu also located on the homepage.

What
if I accidentally delete my email notification that my eStatement
is ready? Can
I still view my eStatement?
Even if you delete the email notification
you can access your eStatements through the eStatement Login
button (see below) located in the upper right hand corner
of the First Financial's homepage at www.fffcu.org.

What
if I no longer want to receive my statement electronically?
How do I stop receiving eStatements?
You can switch back to the paper version
of your statements at any time. Contact one of our Member
Support representatives at (800) 537-8491 or by email at eStatements@fffcu.org
and ask to change your statements back to paper.

Can
I have my eStatement email notification sent to two different
email addresses?
No. Currently our system is limited to one email address
per eStatement member.

How
can I get a paper copy of my statement? Can I get both an
eStatement and a paper statement?
You can always print a statement from your
library of online statements and notices. You may also request
an occasional paper copy of your statement, by calling (800)
537-8491. We cannot provide both an electronic and paper statement
simultaneously on a monthly basis.

How
do I change my password if I forget it or think it has been
compromised?
If you have forgotten your password you
may use our "Forgot Your Password" feature on the
eStatement login page or you may contact a credit union representative
at (800) 537-8491 and your password will be reset. The next
time you log on you can change your password to one of your
choice by using our "change password" feature located
near the bottom of the Available Statements and Notices library.

Is
the password case sensitive? Can you use symbols, such
as dashes, dollar signs, etc.?
Your eight to twenty character password
is case sensitive and the password field supports all characters
on your keyboard.

Can
a joint member enroll an account for eStatements?
For privacy reasons, only the primary
member can enroll an account for eStatements.

Can
I get my credit card statements via eStatements if I enroll
my account?
Monthly credit card statements are not
available with FFCU's eStatement service.

do I notify the credit union of changes in my email address?
You can contact a credit union representative

When
will my eStatement be available for online viewing?
Your eStatement will be available approximately
by the first week of each month.

How
long will my eStatement(s) remain online?
First Financials eStatement service
builds over time, a twelve month archive of your eStatements.
Only 12 months will be archived. Please print or download
your statements for long-term storage.

Can
my eStatement information be exported to other programs?
First Financial's eStatements can be saved
as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or another
text program.
